Rachel Hirsch is the Founder and General Partner of Wellness Growth Ventures. Wellness Growth Ventures is a wellness sector seed fund investing in female-founded brands that are transforming the industry. Rachel has 15 years of consumer investing and operating experience, having spent time at UBS Investment Bank, Tiger Global, and Xponential Fitness (XPOF), before co-founding her own series of wellness studios in Los Angeles.

Rachel brings a unique perspective to early stage founders as both an investor and operator with deep sector expertise. She earned her MBA from London Business School and a BS from The University of Texas at Austin.
