Rachel Hirsch is the Founder and General Partner of Wellness Growth Ventures, a seed fund investing in transformational wellness brands. With 15 years of experience in consumer investing and operations, she understands the key drivers of success for high-growth brands. Her career spans investment roles at UBS Investment Bank and Tiger Global, as well as operational leadership at Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF), where she gained firsthand experience scaling consumer businesses.

Before launching Wellness Growth Ventures, Rachel co-founded a series of wellness studios in Los Angeles, deepening her expertise in brand-building, customer acquisition, and operations. This dual perspective—as both an investor and operator—allows her to provide strategic guidance to early-stage founders.

Rachel earned her MBA from London Business School and a BS from The University of Texas at Austin. She is passionate about empowering visionary founders who are redefining how we eat, move, heal, and thrive, and she remains actively engaged in the wellness ecosystem through investing, advising, and community-building initiatives.

Nina Stasiuk is a healthcare-focused MBA graduate with over a decade of experience dedicated to improving healthcare delivery and reducing costs through innovation, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving. Her expertise spans operational and strategic consulting, project management, and patient experience across private and public healthcare systems, as well as start-up environments.

Nina leads growth and care delivery strategy development for Kaiser NCAL, applying her deep industry knowledge to drive sustainable improvements in healthcare operations and patient outcomes. She is committed to fostering impactful change by leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Nina earned her MBA from London Business School and holds a BA in Neuroscience and Chinese from Middlebury College.
